How We Work

1. SELF-ASSESSMENT

There are a few questions you’ll want to answer before choosing which of our three garden office buildings is right for you;

  • How many people will be using the space? (i.e, how many people require desk space)
  • What size building will fit in my garden? (We can build as close as 400mm to any solid obstacle (such as a wall or fence)
  • What is my budget?
  • Installation or self-build?

2. STANDARDISED OR BESPOKE BUILDING?

Once you’ve assessed your needs and available garden space, choose your desired garden office building. We offer three standardised models (the Mini, Midi and Maxi) and a bespoke service. Read through our product pages that will tell you more about the buildings their features. You can find this on the “Buildings & Prices” page.

3. FILL IN FORM ON THE GET STARTED PAGE

Once you’ve decided, head over to the “get started” page where you can submit our enquiry form.

Once submitted, one of our local installers will be in contact to arrange a survey at your property and to answer any questions you might have.

4. CONFIRM DELIVERY SLOT

If you opted for a standardised building…

Payment Schedule (we divide our quote into 2 sections: Garden Office Building and Groundworks/Installation)

  • £250 holding deposit reserves your delivery & install date (deductible from first payment)
  • 50% of Garden Office Building due 4 weeks before delivery
  • 50% of Garden Office Building due on delivery
  • 100% of Groundworks & Installation other agreed costs due on completion

Your whole building will be delivered in one day. Please ensure there is suitable access to the garden and a dry area where materials can be stored. Once everything has been delivered, we’ll run through our comprehensive checklist with you.

If you opted for a bespoke building…

…Then our registered installer will guide you through the design, planning and construction phase.

5. INSTALLATION

If you opted for a standardised building…

…The average building times for the Mini, Midi and Maxi are 5, 6, and 7 days respectively. You will have a dedicated team who will be working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Once built, your registered installer will give you the keys and run you through all the important details of your new garden office.

If you’ve opted for self-build, you’ll receive a detailed guide on how to install your new garden office building.

If you opted for a bespoke building…

…Then the registered installer will be give you a schedule of works, along with a payment plan and other important details.

6. AFTERCARE

You will receive an aftercare guide with your building that includes everything from maintenance to information on staying productive during the work day!

Finally, we have a referral scheme which will earn you £250 every time you refer us to a new customer. We are so confident that you’ll love our service and will be proud to show off your new garden office to your friends and family!
