The Multi + is the larger of our ‘Multi-purpose’ standard buildings, designed to be used for a variety of functions. Its size makes it ideal for multiple purposes, including a home office, gym, leisure or entertainment space, teenager’s den, games room, music studio, and more.

The Multi + is available in ‘Classic’ and ‘Signature’ lines.

The door and window configuration of can be adjusted to meet your requirements and garden layout. We also commonly build internal partition walls so the building can be divided into two or more separate rooms.

Price includes delivery, base, installation and VAT.

Price excludes electrical connection. We work closely with a registered electrician who can quote for this directly.

Multi + Classic - Features

  • Engineered with steel insulated panels (100mm PIR insulation) and traditional timber framing

  • Contemporary skirting board, primed and painted white

  • Non-sloping, flat internal ceiling (externally our roofs also appears to be non-sloping as we reverse fir the edges of our buildings – a feature unique to our buildings that makes them look much more premium!)

Case Study: Multi + Garden Office Building in Kent

With a shift to working from home, our client needed a dedicated workspace from home.

Our client also wanted to use the building as a home gym, so we decided that a 7.1m by 4.4m building would be the best size.

This building included an aluminium 3-leaf bi-folding door, which allows even more light through the front of the building.
