You should expect your building to last a lifetime, but as a testament to the longevity and high quality materials we use, we offer a 10-year structural guarantee on our work from the installation date, and a 12-month guarantee on all non-structural work.

Where appropriate, we also pass on our manufacturers guarantee for products that are used in the construction of your garden building:

Windows & Doors – 12 months

Rubber Roof – 20 years

Fixtures, fittings, furniture and ironmongery – 12 months

This is subject to terms & conditions and particular care instructions.

The steel cladding we use requires absolutely no maintenance (apart from a clean down every now and again).

The uPVC doors we use are also maintenance free and require a light cleaning every now and again.

EPDM rubber roofs are maintenance free and are designed to last up to 50 years.

We recommend a general clean of your garden building every year, in order to keep it looking great!
