We offer four standardised buildings – Midi, Maxi, Multi, Multi +, and a bespoke service where our standardised buildings can be made to any size with any door/window/partition wall configuration.

We standardise the materials and build specification for all our garden rooms which provide cost advantages and means our production is more efficient.

This allows us to offer premium buildings at lower prices than our competitors, for example our buildings are plastered and decorated as standard, include 100mm PIR insulation for year-round use, include overhang soffit lights as standard, and we use brushed steel sockets and switches in all our buildings.
