What We Ask
The Ambassador Programme is built on a simple exchange. Here are the three commitments we ask of every Ambassador.
1. Professional Photography of Your Build
Once your garden room is complete, we arrange a convenient time to send our photographer. The session typically takes under an hour, and you’ll receive copies of all the images.
2. A Short Video Tour
We film a brief video walkthrough of your garden room for our website and social media. This is usually done on the same day as the photography , quick, relaxed and completely guided by our team.
3. Host Up to 3 Visits in 12 Months
We may ask if a prospective customer can visit to see your garden room in person. Every visit is by appointment only, arranged at a time that suits you, and there is absolutely no obligation to “sell” anything. You simply open the door and let the space speak for itself. A maximum of three visits in the first twelve months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I apply for the programme after my build has started?
The Ambassador Programme needs to be agreed before your final quote is signed, as the £5,000 discount is built into the contract. If you’re already in the quoting stage, just let your project manager know you’re interested.
What if I change my mind about the visits?
We understand that life changes. If circumstances mean you can no longer host visits, we’ll have a conversation and find a fair solution. We’re a family-run business , we value the relationship above all else.
Will visitors come without notice?
Absolutely not. Every visit is arranged in advance at a date and time that works for you. We will always contact you first, and you can decline any particular request with no questions asked.
Is the programme available on all garden room types?
Yes. Whether you’re building a garden office, gym, studio or multi-use room, the Ambassador Programme is available on all our bespoke builds. The only requirement is that the build is within our standard service area of South East London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
